Livelihood and Skill Development Program

SVF’s Livelihood and Skill Development Program empowers individuals, especially women and youth, with vocational training and entrepreneurial support. The program offers skills training in various trades such as sewing, tailoring, and embroidery for women, and digital skills like video editing, graphic design, web development, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and digital marketing. Additionally, practical courses in plumbing, electrical work, masonry, and mobile repair are available to broaden employment opportunities.

To support business creation, SVF has established a revolving fund, providing conditional loans to beneficiaries for starting or expanding their businesses. As loan installments are repaid, new beneficiaries are enrolled, creating a sustainable cycle of opportunity. Beneficiaries also receive training in entrepreneurship and marketing, equipping them with the knowledge needed to succeed in local and digital markets, fostering self-reliance and economic resilience.
